As a mathematician-turned-commercial real estate investor-turned media mogul, you’d think Allan Simon would have little time to comment on the “little things” in life, like the price of stamps or optimal times to go to the bathroom. But lucky for OCinSite, he does. Allan is the People’s man in our front office (literally), he’s always there to meet you and greet you and opine. In person or on-line he will opine.
