Louis XV, Monaco; Plaza Athenee, Paris; Les Crayeres, Reims; La Cote d'Or, Saulieu; Auberge du Pere Bise, Lake Annecy; Lasserre, Paris; Taillevent, Paris; Hotel Cipriani, Venice; Claridges, London, Joel Robuchon, Las Vegas, to name a few. Bottom line: Trust her palate, it's well trained. With all the food and wine she enjoys, fortunately for her, Patty's other passions are fitness (ACSM & ACE), alternative healing and Reiki.

    The Cellar has been open for 3 years now and is located at 156 Ave del Mar, before the first light on the right hand side! Live music nightly and open for lunch Wed-Sun 11am-3pm, dinner Tue-Sun 5pm-10pm.
