    Enjoyed watching the chef, her technique, and her recipe as it came together.  The beets, citrus and nuts are a popular combination around our house.  I’ll now have better technique sectioning citrus and I’ll be setting up the nuts better for roasting.  Peeling the beets with paper towel after they are cooked -who would have guessed!

    I’ve been experimenting with roasting raw nuts; cashews, almonds especially. I’d be interested to see how you would prepare these.
